President

Oscar Cherbuin is a civil engineer graduated from EPFL, specialized in transport planning. He completed his education with an HEC master’s degree in finance and marketing, as well as a project management certification.

Former director of the ARCAM Association for 11 years and a key contributor to the merger of the municipality of Echichens, he brings solid experience in regional projects and a wide professional network.

Convinced by the principles of the circular economy, he focuses on leveraging local resources and fostering synergies for sustainable and pragmatic development.

    Isabelle Chevalley, PhD in Science, teaches circular economy and regularly speaks at conferences in Switzerland and abroad.

    A former Swiss parliamentarian for ten years, she has chosen to devote herself fully to developing concrete solutions to reduce resource waste.

    She has notably contributed to the development of the new circular economy law, which entered into force on January 1st, 2025. A deep expert in political processes, she has built a strong network both within the Swiss economic sphere and internationally.
